Kurt Soto-Gambini ~ Project Manager
Mr. Soto is a Principal owner of Catalyst Environmental, Inc. and has more than twenty three years experience in the environmental and industrial services and has held various positions within this industry. The positions ranged from Estimator to Industrial Services Manager. His project management experience includes regulatory permitting, tank removals, tank cleaning, air-moving, hydro-blasting, site closures & decommissioning, soil and groundwater remediation, report writing, waste minimization planning, audits, emergency response management and hazardous waste management. Current professional business organizations include Bay Area Environmental Safety Group (BAESG) and Maintenance Superintendent Association (MSA).
Mr. Soto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis and a Minor in Geology from San Jose State University.
Joe Berkshire ~ Project Manager
Mr. Berkshire is a Principal owner of Catalyst Environmental, Inc. and has over twenty three years of experience in the environmental field. His on hands experience has varied from Field Chemist to Division Manager. His project management experience encompasses hazardous waste characterization & management, lab packing, emergency response management, facility decontamination & decommissioning, on-site services, environmental audits, waste minimization plans, site & waste compliance reports, environmental health and training and site remediation. Current professional business organizations include Bay Area Environmental Safety Group (BAESG) and Maintenance Superintendent Association (MSA).
Mr. Berkshire holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from University of California at Santa Barbara.
Regina Colbert ~ Project Manager
Ms. Colbert is a network associate of Catalyst Environmental, Inc. and is Principal owner of Raibon Colbert & Associates
(RC & A). As a minority owned and woman owned firm, Ms. Colbert is a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA) and has more than 18 years working in the environmental field. Based in San Francisco, CA her area of expertise and consulting includes Construction Safety Plans, Site assessments, Hazardous Materials Management Plans, Regulatory Liaison, Audits/ Inspections, storm water pollution prevention, Hazardous Waste Management and Indoor Air Quality program. Current professional affiliations include American Water Works Association (AWWA) and California Waste Association (CWA).
Ms. Colbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Occupational Health from California State University Northridge.
William Sanborn ~ Project Manager
Mr. Sanborn is a network associate of Catalyst Environmental, Inc. and is a Principal of C.H.A.S.E. (chasenvironment.com) as well as a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA I -#002690). With more than thirty years of environmental experience in the Silicon Valley for private, public and governmental clients Mr. Sanborn offers a broad range of environmental expertise. His consulting services include air, water, waste and hazardous materials site permitting, waste water treatment plant installation, facility and equipment closures, environmental
and safety training, environmental and safety audits, site remediation projects, and EH & S site assessments. Mr. Sanborn also serves on the Executive Board for the Peninsula Builders Exchange.
Mr. Sanborn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
